I don't like that they charged me extra, because they were going to deliver the piano when my son was going to be out of town and they had to put the delivery off. Of course it was expected for us to comply with their schedule but they were not interested in working with ours.

Overall, I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with the service I received, from arranging for the move to the actual delivery of the piano to my door. It was truly a class act in every way! My piano arrived in a beautiful truck and the actual movers were very professional and very experienced. They treated my piano with great care and concern as if it was their very own! A definite two thumbs up!!!

Absolutely were thrilled by the professionalism and kindness of the movers. Also their were very clear about their process and followed through on what they promised. Went above and beyond to help us get the piano set up and reassembled upon arrival when we the customers realized we had misplaced some of the piano screws. They gave us specific instructions about finding a replacement and then waited while we ran to the store to pick up new screws to make sure everything was working properly. They were so gracious and understanding and professional.

The neighbor who came to open my house said he had never seen anyone so careful and attentive as the people who came to pack up the piano in Nebraska. My daughter was absolutely delighted when the piano was delivered to her house near Atlanta Georgia. My grandsons are already enjoying the instrument. I am so glad the piano tuner I had recommended Modern Piano.
