By far more than I bargained for, this company is very professional, their service technicians were very prompt courteous, and treated my piano like a china doll. The piano was them delivered in a timely fashion and the exact date and time which they stated and placed into service in the exact condition that it left.

I was super happy with our service. They movers were timely, efficient, and careful. At one point, they re-wrapped one of the piano legs 3 times because he wasn't totally satisfied with how it was done the other 2 times. They were courteous and respectful. For the delivery, I was happy to hear their suggestions for the placement of the piano. It worked out because I liked where they suggested far better than where I thought it would end up.
