Watching people do their job exceedingly well is a joy. your people were professional, timely, good communicators, worked beautifully as a team, worked steadily. the piano came out of its wraps, was put together, moved exactly where we wanted it in no time at all. and looked as good as the day you picked it up. I thought the price was very fair & they were a full service company who could hold my piano in storage until i could accept delivery! That was important to me...because of my busy schedule. I spoke with Julie Gorman, who was most helpful and informative about the services. I found the rate to ship the piano to be very agreeable and scheduled the pick-up and delivery of my piano. The movers (both pick-up and delivery) were prompt, friendly and professional. Thank you, Modern Piano for getting my baby grand safely to its new home.

Daniel and the delivery team were excellent, they kept in constant contact with me through the process and everything was just as they promised. I was especially concerned with the delivery process as this piano was my mothers who passed away last April and she enjoyed it for many, many years and means alot to our family.
