The process and variable pickup and delivery worked for us. Pickup was Monday evening, delivery was Friday morning, no problems. Workers were polite and careful, did a nice job. We have already recommended Modern Piano to friends here in Pinehurst who need to ship a piano. Special thanks to Daniel in the office who worked patiently with me to get the move just right.

Generally service as advertised..one slipup...Music stand secured in the lower part of the small upright piano. When they delivered the piano the delivery people never unpacked it. My daughter, the recipient, called me to find out if I knew where it was. Fortunately I did since I had watched them pack the piano for movement from my house. Ultimately no harm done, but there should not have been an issue.

We contacted Modern Piano to move a baby grand piano that had been in storage for 3 years in S.C. to our new home in southwest Florida. It was out first experience with Modern Piano movers. When we move again we will definitely schedule our piano move with these folks. Great customer service and very helpful!

Modernpiano never made me worry about my Baby Grand that belonged to my Grandmother. We had it moved from Missouri to Texas and from the first phone call I made to have them quote me a moving price till the time they picked it up to the delivery, Modern Piano made me feel very comfortable with everything.
