The price was lower than I anticipated, The piano is one of my treasured possessions and I was a bit concerned with the storage and move. The pick up went perfectly smoothly. The movers were on time, quite careful and polite. Because the building of my house took longer than anticipated, I contacted Chris Ash several times to delay the delivery date, and there was never a problem. The piano was delivered yesterday. Same smooth, hassle free delivery. I truly hope never to have to move again, but if I do, Modern Piano will be the first call I make. Many thanks again.

A concert pianist where you picked up my piano has watched piano movers all his life. Your men were the most careful packing and wrapping each piece...never bumping the walls. It was a perfect move for my rare 1921 rebuilt Steinway Grand with a golden voice. The stellar years for Steinway were 1921 to 1927 and I am very fortunate to have one. Thank you for a great job.

I called for information about a state-to-state piano move about 30 minutes after hours on a Saturday, and was pleasantly surprised to find Cory not only willing to answer all of my questions, but also to get my order started on what he knew was a move for such a priceless item to our family. From that first phone call, to order confirmation, scheduling confirmations, pick-up and delivery, every one I spoke with at Modern Piano Moving was professional, courteous, and helpful. We lucked out and had the same two gentlemen, Patrick and Gabriel, for our pick-up in one state and delivery in another state (which may happen often, I am not sure...) and each time we were impressed with how polite, skilled, and personable they were. They got both the pick-up and delivery accomplished quickly and efficiently, while taking great care of both the piano and our other belongings in their path. I can't say enough good things about this company, and am so glad that we found them for our piano move...the piece of mind of their help with this move was as invaluable as our precious family piano itself!

Daniel, I would have given you 5 stars, but I got first a 3/5 delivery date and then a 3/6 date. I assumed the last would be the right date. So I was 90 miles away when a call came telling me the piano would be delivered on the 3/5 date. I made it back in time to meet the fine young men who delivered it. Modern Piano movers were on time for pick up. Very careful and thorough. At the delivery end: They were great on our end. They were on-time, very efficient in the unloading, careful in the house, and engaging with the kids. One of the moving men was telling Tova all about all the trucks the company has.

After 23 years we bought the piano we had sold to a friend back. The only problem was we had moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. We had contacted a piano store in Pennsylvania that we knew from years ago and they offered several choices. One was modern piano. Movers were totally professional. They really know their job and answered all of my curious questions. I so enjoyed watching them work. Everything went smoothly at the other end as well and my daughter and her family are thrilled to have our baby grand piano in their living room now.

Our piano traveled from Denver to the west coast in February. We appreciated receiving updates when winter weather delayed the delivery by a few days.
