I am very impressed with the whole experience with Modernpiano. The trucks are so amazing to look at and the drivers really know how to handle them in touchy situations. I was also impress beyond words at how professional, efficient, and pleasant the men were at pick up and drop off. All knew just how to handle my piano breakdown and setup. Modernpiano is very fortunate to have a staff that is so dedicated to satisfying the customer. And last but not least, the cost is so reasonable, even adding the insurance.

Piano arrived before anticipated date. Bravo! Movers didn't know anything about what needed to be done to the piano to bring it to good condition. I guess this was to be expected? I thought someone at your company might advise on the condition of the instrument and what might be needed to be done to it. Guess I was wrong.

We are very pleased with the delivery of our family's baby grand piano. It was picked up in Tennessee and delivered to our children in Minnesota. This was quite a long distance and the move was made with great care and in a timely manner. The workers were very polite and knowledgeable. We were given an estimate for the time it would take and those estimates were very accurate. The piano was delivered in good condition at the time expected.
