Great service and excellent price.

For the most part my experience was very positive. The only glich was the varying pickup times. The weather certainly didn't help matters which was not the fault of Modern Piano. The 2 workers did very well under the circumstances. I was concerned about the equipment they were using but it all worked out.

The email information prior to piano pickup was very professional. The gentlemen that arrived to get my piano were very nice and friendly. I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The piano arrived at my grandchildren's home without any problem.

Moving a grand piano cross-country (in our case, NW Ohio to Central FL) is never simple (and has become increasingly complicated in recent years as moving companies become loathe to assume responsibility for valuable instruments). Modern made the experience painless - and even fun! Our move involved storing the instrument for a month plus to accommodate schedules on the receiving end - and that was also painless. First time ever moving an expensive piano across country so was a little concerned. This was unjustified because I received above and beyond service that exceeded my expectations. Courteous, professional and accommodating. I had to make changes because of moving complications and Modern Piano Moving made the changes without any problems at all. Moving my much-loved piano that has been in my family for 30 years (and in this world since 1932) could have driven me crazy with worry had I not found Modern Piano. They did everything right and courteously so I only had to eagerly wait for the piano's arrival in Seattle-all the way from Atlanta. I knew every step involved with transport thanks to Modern's policy of keeping owners in the loop. The delivery team worked hard in the Seattle rain to protect my piano, and I saw the care first-hand that they took to make sure 'my baby' was safe. I give the entire venture 5 gold stars. I will only trust my piano to Modern, and I hope anyone reading this will do the same.

Found the provider online. Responded quickly. Pickup/delivery as promised. Crew leader and assistance were professional and eager to answer any question. They knew what they were doing and worked as a team. Temperature controlled van was clean and well supplied with covers ,belts, and tie downs.

Companies was very responsive to inquiries about pick up and delivery dates. Piano was transported from coast to coast. Delivery was made ahead of scheduled time. Piano was in great shape and set up perfectly. Staff was very courteous and efficient.

I moved a baby grand piano from my home in Asheville, NC to Williamsburg, VA. The timing issues were perfect with good communication about dates, then a call a few days before to be more specific about 'THE DAY' of pick-up, and then 30 minutes prior to arrival - it was so easy and so convenient. And yes, they were so careful with my "baby". At the destination, they were also very professional in putting it all back together and in the spot where I wanted it. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them!
