Brad and Pat brought my piano to my home. I had a horrible experience with my last move and even had a nightmare the previous night before this move. I guess you can say my anxiety level was certainly high. When I saw just 2 men, all the padding they had for the piano and what I just call a dolly ( I'm sure that's not correct name) to move the piano I was instantly relieved. I know that may sound strange to some but it reminded me of my Uncle who moved my piano 10yrs prior. His company was Floyd Parker moving company, he has since passed. But it was only him and 2 elderly gentleman who came to my home with the same equipment as these two young men. Brad and Pat were efficient, courteous and professional. They were a joy to have in my home and immediately but my mind at ease. My baby grand was left to me by my father and I've waited a long time from my last move to have it back in my home. I appreciate your service and if I ever have to move my upright piano this is the company I will be using. I don't think 5 stars is enough. Modern Piano Company gets a 100 STAR rating from me.

I have moved my pianos several times, and in the past have had issues. These guys were fabulous! They carefully wrapped every piece of the instrument with brand new quilted blankets and secured everything very thoroughly! They set everything up in my new studio. They did not lose my bench, or the bolts for the pedals, and were very prompt on everything. They far exceeded my expectations!

We were out of town when they came to pick up the piano, but we left our neighbors in charge. They had nothing but good to say about the movers - very professional, and knew what they were doing & did it in a timely manner! Our daughter received the piano at her house and said the same thing - the guys even helped her decide where to place it in the room! I worked with Misty Paul in the beginning of the process & she was very nice and accommodating ! Would definitely recommend them if you need a piano moved!

This was my second piano move with MP. As with the first time...it was an excellent experience....the only issue I had was that I would like to have had a confirmation text or call from the the delivery team on the day of the scheduled delivery to confirm their arrival. But they did arrive when scheduled and they did call shortly before they arrived at my home. They were professional and I was at ease during the entire moving process. Thankyou Modern Piano.
