Modern Piano did a great job with the move of our piano. We will use them again and highly recommend them.

Modern Piano is a good company to work with. It is always nerve-wracking moving a precious family piano across the country, which I have unfortunately now had to do several times. The price tag is never cheap for these moves, but for the service you get, I feel Modern Piano's quote is fair. The company is professional and definitely makes you feel they are on top of things and will do everything possible to take excellent care of your piano during pick-up, storage, and delivery. The Staff was always courteous, on the phone and in-person. The only drawback is that it is hard to schedule an exact date/time-window for pick-up and delivery, which can make things difficult to arrange around work schedules, etc. But, given how many pianos they transport, and how far they drive across-country at times, I understand why this might be. Overall, I am very satisfied. I hope to never ever move again! But if I had to move, I would use this company again.

We recently downsized from our home of 35 years in Pennsylvania and did not have room to take the piano, which had been in my husbands family for two generations. Our son who lives in Florida really wanted the piano but we could not imagine how we could safely get it to him. I located Modern Piano movers on Google and called them and told them my dilemma. They said they could do it and they did. They gave excellent pleasant service for an affordable price. Our son had the piano tuned a month after he received it and was told by the tuner that he'd never seen a piano of that kind in such good condition.
