Modern Piano was wonderful to work with. Everyone was very Professional and courteous. Every phone message elicited a prompt response. Any concerns or questions were quickly answered. The drivers called with an hour notice and arrived on time. The movers were well qualified and KNEW HOW TO MOVED A PIANO!!! I would highly recommend Modern Piano to any one for any of their Piano Moving needs.

Very little advance warning on pickup and delivery, which creates problems for anyone working full time. When they finished with delivery, the DampChaser control box was broken and hanging from the bottom of the piano. No attempt was made at repair or restitution. Price was reasonable, but attention to detail suffered significantly. Next time, I will look elsewhere. Overall, a big "meh."

Overall, I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with the service I received, from arranging for the move to the actual delivery of the piano to my door. It was truly a class act in every way! My piano arrived in a beautiful truck and the actual movers were very professional and very experienced. They treated my piano with great care and concern as if it was their very own! A definite two thumbs up!!!
