My daughter let me know my mother in laws piano arrived yesterday safe and sound. This piano move was navigated through three different contact people for arrangements, pick up, and delivery, and two hurricanes! Each inquiry I made was answered promptly and courteously. The timing for the delivery was amended more than once because of hurricanes hitting our area-

i had expected that Hurricane Helena would have delayed my delivery date but it was only 1 day difference from the schedule and the delivery driver kept me informed as to when and what time he would be arriving and he was right on time.
