My daughter let me know my mother in laws piano arrived yesterday safe and sound. I am astounded at your company’s efficiency, pleasant and helpful nature (from EVERYONE I spoke with), professional, and excellent service. This piano move was navigated through three different contact people for arrangements, pick up, and delivery, and two hurricanes! Each inquiry I made was answered promptly and courteously. The timing for the delivery was amended more than once because of hurricanes hitting our area-

i had expected that Hurricane Helena would have delayed my delivery date but it was only 1 day difference from the schedule and the delivery driver kept me informed as to when and what time he would be arriving and he was right on time. I had a long distance move from Cleveland, OH to Columbus, GA with two Steinway grands. After researching several nationwide movers, Modern Piano Moving proved to be the cheapest one. When quoting a piano move, the instrument size is extremely important for accurately determining the number of movers and type of equipment needed. Because piano manufacturers differ in their descriptions, the best way to communicate your piano size is to provide a make and model number. Please note that the serial number will not provide the piano size, however, if your piano is going to be picked up or delivered at a business, it may be beneficial to provide your mover with the serial number as well.
