The best employees deserve the best pay and we have it.

Training pay is based on hours worked and miles driven.  All prospective employees must complete at least two-three trips with a seasoned, veteran crew to determine if you are ready to be a crew leader. 

Trainees/Helpers
No Experience	$80/day	Must obtain CDL permit within 90 days
Experienced	$100/day	Must obtain CDL permit within 90 days
CDL w/ no Experience	$100/day	Less than 2 years CDL experience
CDL w/ Experience	$130/day	Greater than 2 years CDL experience
CDL Crew Leaders	$1000/day	$75-100,000/year after expenses based on 70% of days worked in a year.
**Bonuses based on reviews at the end of each trip.  Step/turn bonuses are applied at the completion of each trip based on clean performance.

At the completion of each trip, you participate in a review with the crew leader, your dispatcher and management.  Advancement in pay and responsibility is totally performance driven.  Reviews are given after each trip with quarterly job evaluations.
